Yuppie On is aimed at all private clients and small, medium, and large companies that are interested in carrying out an Architecture or Design project, or subcontracting new professionals in peak work periods.
Yes, to take advantage of all the benefits provided by Yuppie On, it is necessary to pay a monthly or annual fee, depending on the plan chosen. There are no constraints, your registration can be cancelled at any time. You can consult all plans here.
Quality control implies the review of the project, carried out by the freelancer, by Yuppie On’s team, before it is delivered to the client. It removes any form of automation and, according to the chosen plan, it reviews:

After creating an account, you can immediately post a job on the platform. This implies filling a form in which indicate all the details of the job, namely the title, a description, the type of work, project duration, budget and skills required to carry it out. Once you have published it, the job will be visible to all professionals registered on the platform, or only to those selected by you. You may receive proposals from freelancers or invite professionals by consulting the list of subscribers on the “Find a Freelancer” page.
After receiving a job offer or sending an invitation to the Freelancer, communication between both parties will begin, in a direct and personalized form. Through the platform you can send files and messages in order to discuss all the details of the work and receive. feedbacks and constant updates on the project. To guarantee transparency, quality, and security, it is strongly recommended to carry out all actions through the platform. Otherwise, none of the above conditions will be guaranteed.
After selecting the freelancer and defining all the conditions of the work (price, duration and milestones), it can be considered awarded only when you pay the amount requested for its realization. The amount will not be sent immediately to the freelancer, but it will be deposited on our platform as a guarantee. The professional will be paid as soon as the work is completed and approved by you.
According to our terms and conditions, it is a professional’s duty to respect and comply with the legislation in force.
According to our terms and conditions, it is a professional’s duty to respect and comply with the legislation in force. If you want to ask for additional proof, you can do it. There is nothing in our legislation that prevents it. Yuppie On cannot demand all this documentation from all participants. In terms of data protection, there is an obligation of necessity and proportionality regarding the processing of personal data that must be fulfilled.
It means splitting the project into tasks to which are associated a deadline and a price. This is an optional way to organize the work but, for complex projects, with a duration longer than one month, it is necessary to proceed with the definition of milestones (with a minimum granularity of a week and a maximum of one month), so that the Freelancer can start receiving installments of the agreed amount.
If you are not satisfied with the work developed by the professional, Yuppie On will notify him/her who will have to make the corrections within the required time. Once the corrections are completed, the freelancer can resubmit the project on the platform and it will be delivered to you for your evaluation.
To guarantee quality, the professional will always respect the times agreed with the client. If, for any reason, the project is not delivered on time, and if the delay exceeds 15% of the hours or days agreed during the award of work, you will be entitled to a full refund of the amount previously deposited on the platform. This amount will be not paid to the freelancer.
Yes, it is necessary to evaluate and approve the project. In this way, the professional can receive the payment, previously deposited by you on the platform.
It is strongly recommended to proceed with the approval of the project as soon as possible. If, for any reason, you delay, Yuppie On gives you the right to approve the project within 3 working days after the completion of the work. If you don’t respect this approval times, the freelancer will be entitled to receive the agreed amount, previously deposited on the platform, but you may run the risk of not receiving the work in its entirety.
You will receive a full refund of the amount previously deposited on the platform, and the Freelancer will lose the right to be paid. If the work has been organized through milestones and the professional has concluded some of these, he/she will only receive the payments related with the completed milestones.
Yes, at any time you can upgrade your plan and start enjoying all the benefits that the subscription provides. This involves paying the missing amount and contacting Yuppie On’s team by email.
In case of withdrawal, you will not be entitled to a refund of the subscription paid. Since Yuppie On provides you with valuable services to choose the best professionals and obtain a quality project, it will not be possible to withdraw before the end of the subscription.
Access to Creative Community will not be allowed. This service is exclusively reserved for GOLD Freelancers and students.
You cannot. The submission and publication of articles is exclusively reserved for GOLD Freelancers registered on the platform. However, you can have access to all articles published on the site for a full reading.

Freelance Architect or Designer
Each professional should create an account to send proposals, offer a service, start new working collaborations, participate in the Creative Community, and publish blog posts. Creating an account involves filling out an online form where it is necessary to indicate your education, working experience and professional competences.
To give prominence to young professionals, helping them growing their career, Yuppie On is aimed at all GOLD Freelancers (Graduates of the Last Decade). If you have obtained an academic qualification, at a faculty of Architecture or Design, in the last 10 years, you can consider yourself a GOLD Freelancer and you can be eligible to be part of our Architecture and Design platform.
Yes, to take advantage of all the benefits provided by Yuppie On, it is necessary to pay an annual fee (“All included” or “Creative Community”). However, the platform will not charge fees on each project and any other extra.
After creating your account and submitting all the necessary information for the verification of your identity and professional competences, you can send proposals and apply to jobs, published in the “Find a job” page. In your proposal, you can write a cover letter and indicate your rate for the job.
After sending your proposal or receiving an invitation to work, communication between both parties will begin, in a direct and personalized form. Through the platform you can send files and messages in order to provide feedbacks and constant updates on the project. This amount will be not paid to you. In case you are working on several projects at the same time, Yuppie On advises to carefully define the due dates of the projects.
The client will receive a full refund of the amount previously deposited on the platform, and you will lose the right to be paid. If the work has been organized through milestones and you have concluded some of these, you will only receive the payments related with the completed milestones.
After concluding the project, the client has the right to approve it within 3 working days. After the approval of your work, your payment will be available for withdraw, on the platform, within 3 working days.
If, for any reason, the client does not approve the project within 3 working days, after the completion of the work, you will be entitled to receive the agreed amount, previously deposited on the platform, and the client may run the risk of not receiving the work in its entirety.
The Creative Community is a place to find colleagues, from many countries, to start working collaborations, and create project teams for the participation in Architecture and Design competitions, even remotely. All GOLD Professionals and graduating students will have access to it, and they can:
- Show their portfolio and experiences;
- Know all the Community members, and contact them;
- Publish posts related to competitions, events and Architecture and Design projects;
- Publish ads for the search of the perfect colleague to collaborate with.
You can publish posts related to competitions, events and Architecture and Design news or projects. You can also post ads for the search of the perfect colleague to collaborate with. It will not be possible to use the Community for the publication of personal or inappropriate content, unrelated to Architecture and Design fields.

It will be allowed to publish any type of content related to the Architecture and Design sectors, respecting the categories described in the author’s guideline. If your content does not belong to any of the mentioned categories, you can send us an email and we will evaluate your proposal.
You will be able to write the article in one of the following languages: English, Italian or Portuguese. However, to obtain more visibility is recommended an English version of your article.
Yes, each article submitted by Freelancers will be reviewed by Yuppie On’s team to ensure compliance with the criteria defined in the author’s guideline. Yuppie On will not be responsible for proofreading linguistics and grammar. However, it is strongly recommended to write in a correct way so that you can pass the proofreading phase.
Yes, it is allowed to write an article in collaboration with another professional, registered on the platform. Collaboration is highly recommended to expand your network of contacts and gain more visibility.

Each student should create an account to participate in the Creative Community and start new collaborations. Creating an account involves filling out an online form where it is necessary to indicate your education, experience, and professional skills.
The Creative Community is aimed to all GOLD Freelancers (Graduates of the last decade) and graduating students, enrolled in a Faculty of Architecture or Design.

The Creative Community is a place to find colleagues, from many countries, to start working collaborations, and create project teams for the participation in idea Architecture and Design competitions, even remotely. Through the Community, you can show your portfolio and experiences, know all the Community members, and contact them, publish posts related to competitions, events and Architecture and Design projects, and ads for the search of the perfect colleague to collaborate with.
The platform has a chat system in which it is possible to send files and messages to other members of the Community. The communication between both parties, will always be direct, personalized, and fast.
You can publish posts related to idea competitions, events and Architecture and Design news or projects. You can also post ads for the search of the perfect colleague to collaborate with. It will not be possible to use the Community for the publication of personal or inappropriate content, unrelated to Architecture and Design fields.

Students and all the exclusive members of the Community will not be able to publish articles for our blog. This option is reserved for all GOLD professionals who have signed the “All Included” subscription. However, all published articles will be available in the Blog section for your reading.
